Text Messaging Terms

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

Valcour LLC (“Valcour”) sends text messages from its business phone line, +1 (351) 300-6556, only as a follow-up to a phone call you placed to that line.

How you opt in

By calling our business line at +1 (351) 300-6556, you agree that if we miss your call we may send one text message to the number you called from, letting you know we missed you and will call you back. If you leave us a voicemail, we won't text you. We never text anyone who has not first called us, we never add your number to a marketing list, and these messages are never marketing or promotional.

What we send, and how often

One message per missed call, and no more than one per day. For example:

Sorry we missed your call at Valcour. We'll call you right back. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP(or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) at any time. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed and no further texts. When you opt out of texts, we also stop calling that number.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. These terms are part of our Terms of Service.
